You may request a return if:
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused and in original condition
The product is returned in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
You provide proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice)
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged products (if damaged after delivery)
Personal care or hygiene products
Innerwear items
Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide a return address
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective product
The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
Items must pass a quality inspection after we receive them.
