  • After the returned product is received by us

  • After the item passes our quality inspection

  • If the return request meets our Return Policy conditions

If the product does not meet return requirements, the refund may be declined.

Once your return is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be required to provide bank account details for refund processing.

  • The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider


4. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted (if applicable)

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), a full refund will be provided


5. Order Cancellation Refund

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued

  • If cancelled after shipping, return and refund rules will apply
