Refunds will be processed only:
After the returned product is received by us
After the item passes our quality inspection
If the return request meets our Return Policy conditions
If the product does not meet return requirements, the refund may be declined.
Once your return is approved:
You will receive a confirmation email
The refund will be initiated to your original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be required to provide bank account details for refund processing.
Refunds are usually processed within 5β10 business days
The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping charges may be deducted (if applicable)
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), a full refund will be provided
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued
If cancelled after shipping, return and refund rules will apply
