1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at admin@tommorowshope.com with your Order ID.

• If approved, a full refund will be issued.

After Dispatch

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• In such cases, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

2. Cancellation by Tommorows Hope

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock

• There is an error in pricing or product information

• Payment is unsuccessful or flagged as suspicious

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided
