Covered in Warranty	Only Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. They include: 1. Bubbles on outer fabric 2. Creaking sound coming from frame 3. Bends in frame(please read not covered in warranty for clarity) 4. Any alignment issues(eg: leg alignment) 5. Foam sagging by more than an inch
Not Covered in Warranty	The warranty will not apply where: (a) The alleged defect in the Product is within acceptable industry variances such as movement of up to 5% in some fabrics; (b) The Product has been used other than for the purpose for which it was designed (c) The customer has not properly cleaned, used and maintained the Product (d) the Product has been subject to abnormal conditions, including environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, stress or similar (e) The defect has arisen due to abuse, misuse, neglect or accident (f) The defect has arisen due to chemical damage. The warranty does not extend to: (a) Damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear: specially fabric. (b) Damage or defects caused by after treatments (c) Minor variations in colour. Defects in mechanisms are not covered if it is not used as per the demo given at the time of delivery
