  • The primary customer who originally bought the mattress and in whose name the invoice is addressed is eligible to claim warranty. 2. HR Foam tends to change in softness and recovery occurs over a period of time. This does not affect the qualities of the mattress. 3. Mattresses kept under unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. Neobest may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim due to safety concerns. 4. Neobest highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattresses shown in the original invoice
Covered in Warranty
  • . Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product. 2. Any physical flaw in the HR Foam Mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling. 3. Reduction of a thickness of greater than 1.5 inch will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect.
Not Covered in Warranty
  • 1.Normal Softening/sagging that is less than 1.5 inch 2. Damage due to misuse 3. Staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns, 4. Use of a mattress on a base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress. 5. Mattress Cover, if any 6. Zipper on the Mattress, if any 7. Unauthorized service during the warranty period.
